Follow the Latest Trends on TikTok, Sorn CLC and Wishtrend are even Accused of Racist
Recently, one of the CLC members from Thailand, Sorn made a TiTok video that was uploaded through the skin care product account, Wishtrend (wishtrendtv), following the latest trends.
He showed recommended skin care products for various characters in the ‘Squid Game’ series. This trend will ‘give’ the people they like the most more products than everyone else.
However, Sorn was accused of being racist for ‘giving’ more skin care products to Ali (played by Anupam Tripathi) than the other characters. Sorn is considered to show racism towards the character who has darker skin.
However, not a few also support Sorn by saying that these products do not contain skin whitening ingredients. Even a dark-skinned fan uploaded the product in question that he used.
Wishtrend also said that the reason they gave Ali more products was because they loved him, and compared to Il Nam’s character who recommended only a facial cotton. (www.kpopchart.net)
