TS Entertainment Loses to Sleepy at the Law Table
Agency TS Entertainment lost the lawsuit against his former artist, rapper Sleepy.
In December 2019, TS Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Sleepy alleging that he had violated the exclusive contract and demanded compensation of 280 million Won (3.3 billion Rupiah).
On Friday (29/10) the trial for the lawsuit was held by the 34th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court.
During the trial, the agency claimed, “Sleepy has violated the contract by hiding part of the broadcast revenue and advertising costs.”
However, the court ultimately decided to side with Sleepy, so he did not have to pay a fine to his agency, TS Entertainment. (www.kpopchart.net)
