Kep1er Delays Debut Schedule, Here’s The Reason
Girl group Kep1er has postponed their debut plans.
This news was conveyed directly by the Wake One and Swing Entertainment agencies through their official statement released on Sunday (05/12).
Through this statement, the agency said that they had to postpone Kep1er’s debut schedule and activities which were originally scheduled for December 14.
This is because recently there were staff who were declared infected with the COVID-19 virus. As they put it in the official announcement:
“Hello, we are Wake One and Swing Entertainment.
This is an announcement regarding the postponement of Kep1er’s activities, which were scheduled to debut on December 14th.
On the morning of December 4, one of Kep1er’s staff tested positive for COVID-19. As soon as symptoms of a suspected infection appeared, the artists first did a PCR test and all of them came back negative. There are currently no suspected infection symptoms such as fever or respiratory symptoms among the members.
All the staff involved have also carried out PCR tests, and so far no additional cases have been confirmed, and for those whose tests have not been released, they will be self-quarantining.
As the health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority, Kep1er’s schedule has been completely postponed. We apologize to the fans and everyone who has been waiting for Kep1er’s debut, and we will announce a new schedule when they can resume their activities later.
We will do our best to help artists and staff work in the safest environment, and actively cooperate with the instructions and procedures of the authorities. Thank you,” concluded the agency. (www.kpopchart.net)
