Han So Hee Reveals ‘My Name’ Brings Many Influences in Her Life, Like What?

Recently, Han So Hee underwent a photo shoot as well as an interview with Allure Korea magazine. On that occasion, he also discussed his drama entitled “My Name”.
In this drama itself, Han So Hee plays a woman named Yoon Ji Woo who joins a crime network to avenge her father’s death. In order to carry out his revenge, Yoon Ji Woo joins the Police and becomes a spy for his group.
During the interview, Han So Hee revealed that this drama had quite an impact on her lifestyle. Because the routine exercise that he underwent while preparing for this role continues to this day.
Han So Hee shared, “Actually I started exercising while preparing for ‘My Name’. But after doing it, my stamina started to increase. If I want to live, I have to increase my stamina, so I’m still learning kickboxing. I have to be physically fit to work.”
He continued, “‘My Name’ definitely had a lot of influence on my lifestyle. I used to go on diets more than exercise, but now I know that exercise is a way to relieve stress. After that, I thought that I should exercise.”
“After ‘My Name’ ended, I worked out for a month and did three exercises a day. I went to the gym, did Pilates and practiced kickboxing. I like sports that require concentration rather than endurance. Interval training is also good,” he said.
Meanwhile, Han So Hee’s acting ability in “My Name” has received much praise. This also proves Han So Hee’s rapid development as an actress who has been criticized for her acting.
Han So Hee herself will soon be starring in a new drama titled “Soundtrack #1”. In this drama, he will show a romantic story with handsome actor Hyungsik. (wk/eval)
