It costs millions, the way BTS treats their own merchandise makes ARMYs rub their chests
When modeling ‘Artist-Made Collection’ merchandise from their own ideas, BTS is very relaxed about treating the items that ARMY considers ‘treasures’ roughly.
While ARMYs value every item of BTS (Bangtan Boys) merchandise they’ve worked so hard to get, the members are usually a bit more aggressive, making fans heartbroken.
When modeling the “Artist-Made Collection” merchandise from their own idea, RM (Rap Monster) and his friends were very relaxed about treating the items that ARMY considered “treasures” harshly.
V uses a mini J-Hope bag that can cost up to IDR 2 million as a hula hoop. J-Hope even threw his own bag not once, but twice. Even if he doesn’t want it, ARMY will gladly take it.
But nothing is more upsetting to see Jin opening the Boston V Bag which sells for around Rp. 3 million with too much force. Not only that, the owner of the name Kim Seokjin proved the V bag is the perfect pillow for sleeping.
RM, known as the “God of Destruction,” stretches his jogger with heavy dumbbells. Though there are lighter items to prove that his pants have deep pockets.
It’s not enough to make people nervous with his treatment of the Boston V Bag, Jin uses a Jimin BTS hoodie as a base to lift a hot pot. This is to prove that the material is thick. But that’s not the case, this time.
Still wearing Jimin’s hoodies, Jin and RM ate ramyeon from the pot voraciously without thinking about whether the gravy would splatter. The possibility that spilled over was enough to make anyone anxious.
The “golden maknae” Jungkook strums the guitar with Suga’s beautiful necklace. Despite the shape of a guitar pick, the necklace wasn’t even actually made for guitar strumming.
J-Hope aggressively uses RM’s Bungeo-ppang wind chimes, which should flow gently in the wind. Finally, V put together Jin’s two pajamas into an eccentric outfit, and flaunted it like a catwalk model.
This isn’t the first time BTS has treated ARMY’s “treasure” harshly. Fans are always thrilled whenever they unbox their own album. (wk/chus)
