Broadway KPOP The Musical, Luna f(x) to Kim Bohyung Make Debut

Several Kpop idols have been confirmed to be making their broadway debuts for Broadway KPOP The Musical. They are Luna f(x), Kevin Woo, Min and Kim Bohyung.

Launching Soompi, Tuesday (5/4/2022), the producers of the new musical “KPOP” announced that f(x)’s Luna will be making her Broadway debut on the show later this year.
 
Previously, on April 4, the show announced three other K-pop stars as part of the cast, all of whom would be making their broadway debuts. They include Min, former Miss A, Kevin Woo, former U-KISS, and Kim Bohyung, former SPICA and KEEMBO.
 
“KPOP” is the first Broadway musical that tells the story of Korean culture and follows the stories of various stars who risk everything for a one-night concert. The musical also shows the struggles of a singer who threatens to dismantle one of the biggest industries.
 
Previous versions of the show were played off Broadway. Meanwhile a new version of “KPOP” will open on Broadway this fall. Other cast members who joined included Julia Abueva, Will Brill, Major Curda, Joo Min Hwang, Jin Woo Jung, Ji Ho Kang, Amy Keum, James Kho, Eddy Lee, Jully Lee, Timothy H. Lee, Abraham Lim, Kate Mina Lin, Aubie Merrylees, Patrick Park, and John Yi.
 
Preview performances of “KPOP” will kick off on October 13 at the Circle in the Square Theater in New York, and the opening night of the musical will take place on November 20. /celebrties.id
