IU Rejects Offer for Leading Role in Crash Landing On You

Singer IU is reported to have turned down the offer to play the lead role in a Korean drama from the famous serial writer, Crash Landing On You.

Reporting from Koreaboo on Thursday (6/4/2022) according to an exclusive report from Ilyo, IU has been discussing for the female lead role in writer Park Ji Eun’s new drama.

It is known that the temporary title of the Korean drama is The Queen of Tears. Currently, IU and the production team have had discussions regarding her role in the drama.

IU initially considered the role. However his agency, EDAM Entertainment has stated that the role was ultimately turned down.

Until now, IU has not appeared in any drama since starring in Hotel Del Luna in 2019.
