The sad news is now heard from the acting world of South Korea. Actor Lee Eol died.

The news was delivered directly by Starit Entertainment as Lee Eol’s agency. The deceased breathed his last on Thursday (5/26) after struggling against throat cancer.

“After fighting against throat cancer, Lee Eol died,” said the management.

Lee Eol was buried at the Seoul Medical Center. The plan, the funeral will be held on May 28, 2022.

It is known, Lee Eol was sentenced to have cancer since 2021. He was sentenced to have a throat cancer after completing his last Korean drama, Voice 4.

Lee Eol began his career in the world of acting since 1993. At the beginning of his career, he was more active in widescreen movies.

Throughout his career, Lee Eol then also starred in a number of Korean dramas and popular films. One of the most remembered roles is when he starred in the Korean drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. He played the figure of Ko Dae Hwan, one of the patients in the hospital.
