President Moon Jae In Congratulates BTS for Winning Multiple Wins at the ‘2021 AMAs’
On November 23, 2021, President Moon Jae In sent a tweet addressed to BTS via his personal Twitter.
Through the message sent by the South Korean leader, it contained congratulations on the victory achieved by BTS through the ‘2021 American Music Awards’ for 3 categories, one of which was ‘Artist of the Year’.

Last month, the United States’ global think tank ‘Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)’ held an unprecedented conference on the topic of ‘Soft Power of South Korea’. At the conference, ‘Joseph Nye’, who created the concept of soft power, praised South Korea and said that we are the most dynamic soft power in the world and demonstrated tremendous economic success with our dynamic democracy. This means that South Korean culture dominates the world and it also shows strength in our national character and diplomacy.
BTS who was awarded the grand prize at this year’s AMA confirms this fact once again.
Previously, the news of this conference was only partially reported, and the reason why I brought it up again was because I suddenly thought of Joseph Nye’s words.
