Tokyo Stands Out, Jeon Jong Seo Responds To Negative Reviews ‘Money Heist Korea’

Playing the character of Tokyo that stands out as well as being the narrator of ‘Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area’, Jeon Jong Seo expresses his feelings when reading negative reviews.

Jeon Jong Seo became one of the most striking actresses in “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area”. In this debut drama, the 1994-born actress plays Tokyo as well as the narrator of the story.

“Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” tells the story of an ambitious heist designed by Professor (Yoo Ji Tae). The action, which involved 8 thieves, targeted 4 trillion new cash at the Joint Economic Area (JEA) money printing factory, a neutral area between North and South Korea towards peace by 2025.

As a remake of the famous Spanish series, “Money Heist”, this drama received mixed ratings. Despite being incredibly popular and well-liked, not a few were disappointed with “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area”. As the actress involved, Jeon Jong Seo also responded to the impact of fame to the negative reviews that this drama received.

“Not only me, but all the actors don’t realize that we are receiving global love. With a little more time, we look forward to more reactions, because there are many people who haven’t seen it so I’m looking forward to the reaction,” said Jeon Jong Seo carefully.

Regarding the negative reviews, Jeon Jong Seo admitted that he was sorry for it. On the other hand, Jeon Jong Seo understands that negative and positive responses always go hand in hand. With the positive comments, he shouldn’t ignore them either.

“I have some regrets and have seen a lot of disappointing reviews. I thought it was just a review, there were a lot of good articles too,” he said. “My close friends also said, ‘Too bad, this is so good and so much fun.’ I listen to them for giving honest reviews.”

But Jeon Jong Seo doesn’t want to think about his feelings just to respond to negative reviews based on his point of view. According to him, he should also consider the reviews obtained by thinking further.

Jeon Jong Seo’s appearance and acting as Tokyo in “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” is considered quite prominent. Having a romance with Rio (Lee Hyun Woo), the development of the Tokyo story is one of the things to look forward to in part 2.

Meanwhile, the story of “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” will continue in part 2. Although there is no official information yet, part 2 will air in 2022. (wk/inta)
